Our complete basis of design, along with CAD drawings, sketches and installation, help clients eliminate dependency on any one electrical contractor.

  • We provide a complementary initial consultation.

  • After understanding what it is that you would like to achieve, we review your options, assess your existing electrical distribution, and give you an estimated cost for the install, sketch, or complete design. We can also help you find a contractor, complete the descope, and manage the project.

  • At CDEM we work with Developers, General Contractors, Property Managers, and Electrical Contractors that need supplemental help reviewing, designing, estimating, or managing a project.

    Developers: Site Design, Site Electrical Costs, Utility Review, Budgets, Infrastructure and CAD Design.

    General Contractors: Test Fit Pricing, Scope Alignment, Design Build Assist, and Electrical Management (before, during, or after a project).

    Property Managers: Review the electrical characteristics of your client’s current equipment and assist in updating it. Coordinate installations with ECs, give cost analysis, and review existing electrical services to see if it will support new equipment.

    Electrical Contractors: Estimate, Design, and Assist in Project Management or with Change Orders, Project Reviews or Coordinate with the field.
